Hi all. I returned a call from EE and it turned out to be sales. I was told about what a valued customer I was and then was told about different things I could add to my plan and about how affordable they were, he tried to sell me a new laptop even after I told him my laptop was 2 months old.
He kept going on about how cheap everything was and I was saying about my budget and he kept saying about my account and how affordable everything was ( I also told him I'm unemployed) if he has read my account EE previously said they had put about me being a vulnerable adult with financial problems.
I ended up ordering a watch that I should not have done ( my own fault I should have said no )
Question is I missed delivery and I wanted to know what happens if I refuse to take delivery?
Thank you for any help

Hello @Haley1234.
Thanks so much for coming here.
If you do not accept delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse and cancelled off your account.
As you have ordered over the phone, you also have the option of returning a product to us within the first 14 days.

Thanks for the reply, I was told by someone from EE that I had to take delivery on order to start the returns process and it didn't make sense why it couldn't just be sent back without me taking delivery. I also when tracking it saw it said return to consignor has been requested, then it changed again to saying it's being held at the sorting office. So it's been confusing.

I did, I checked before your last reply and it said in was at the depot and I checked after your latest reply and it now has been updated again saying it's being returned to EE !
Relieved it's being returned but maybe the sales team should take into account the notes on people's records and also listen to customers.
Phoning EE and saying I am a vulnerable adult, discussing my severe mental health problems and how I have been financially abused and I'm having money problems and unsure if I can keep up payments was hard enough, but when I was told I would not have to explain any of this again as it would be on my file I felt relieved, then to get a sales call pushing products I already had or couldn't afford was not expected.
I am seeing my support worker today and with support will be raising a formal complaint as I can't go though this again.
