Thanks Chris, actually ended up getting through to someone in the upgrades department who was very helpful, top on bottom of it, the order was being held as an open order, so even though payment taken and order confirmation received it was going to stay that way until stock came back in. With plenty of other places seeming to have available stock to buy at the moment, for me it was better just to cancel and now purchase elsewhere rather then just having to wait for an undetermined time.
