Proof of Identification

My order was successful on 29th Oct. I got my direct debit confirmation and flex pay confirmation email. No further notification that my order had been returned by DPD to EE for fraud purposes!!!! X3 calls later was told to go instore with proof of ID. £20 in taxi fares later completed the request. Not heard anything further since doing this 2nd Nov. I do not know what else to do very unhappy with the service and still don't have my new phone.

I am sorry you have had an issue with your order being stopped by our security team. If you have had your proofs scanned and sent whilst in store but have not heard anything back yet the best thing to do would be to give us a call and our team can check and see if there is an update from our security team to go ahead with your order.
