Hello all,
I'm looking for details of my upgrade order on the ee website.
My new phone arrived today but it was a different model to the one I thought I ordered.
I'm trying to check if I made a mistake and ordered the wrong model, or if ee made a mistake and sent the wrong one.
Where can I find order details that include the actual model name?
All I can find so far are tracking details. (but it's already been delivered)
I tried entering the order number that I received by email from ee via sme@bt.com but the site tells me I've entered an invalid order reference

Did you place the order online or over the phone?
Have you received any other confirmation orders to show what was ordered and the plan details?

Ordered online then ee phoned me later to confirm.
I received an email but it just had a 8-digit order reference.

Please give us a call on 150, our mobile guides can check the order details for you to make sure this was correct and if the device is not the one you wanted help you get this returned 🙂

Thanks, I called them and they've given me a number to call to arrange a replacement
