“Please call to discuss your order” but can’t get through to anyone.

Hello,
I’ve recently placed an order and the funds have been taken from my account. Then, I received an email from the Customer Services Team advising me to call to discuss the order. However, I can’t seem to get through to anyone! Been on hold for almost an hour now. Is there anyway to get someone to call me? Not sure how I’m supposed to discuss my order if I can’t get through to anyone 😃
