Hi Guys,
I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max 512 GB but received iPhone 15 Pro 512GB. After lots of hastle, I received a email with return label from EE. Packed the phone and dropped it to DPD drop off point on Tuesday. But now DPD website as well as customer service keep saying "Sorry, there's a delay with your parcel; this is normally resolved within 24 hours, we will update you here shortly" with no updates. Can Anyone advise me on what will happen and when will happen next?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Once the iPhone has been received this will be processed and your EE account will show you are eligible to upgrade again and the plan will be changed to the old plan.
If you would like to discuss the delay please contact DPD they will be able to get this looked into for you.

Thank you for your reply. I spoke with DPD and they keep telling me that they have the parcel but now EE need to raise the investigation on pick up or something like that. I am not sure what i should do next as trying to call EE but havent got any option to do that. Can you please advise.
