Hi,
I have ordered a PlayStation 5 console on 18/11/23 and received the initial email confirmation but no other updates since then.
I have been trying to contact EE to get in touch with someone who can provide me with a progress update but unfortunately no one has been able to help me as they are unable to track my order number in the system nor can they reach the relevant department. I have only been redirected to an email address “enquire-store@ee.co.uk” and they just state the obvious “it’s processing” with no real information about my order.
This is really frustrating from EE, it’s an expensive item and the least you could do is provide me an update on its whereabouts after 4-5 days of silence. There is no contact number for the EE online shop and it’s been impossible to get an answer from anyone about my order.
Can I please be directed to someone who will have any information whatsoever on the current status of my order!

Did you purchase the PS5 on add to plan paying monthly, or did you buy the PS5 from the EE Store and pay the full amount?

Hi Leanne,
I bought it full price from the store. I had to make a new account specifically for the EE store even though it’s the same login details as my mobile EE account for which I’ve been a customer for many years.

Hello, I have had the extract same issue and getting really frustrated this was purchased for a present and I wanted to order in the sales if I do not receive this now from EE I will have missed my chance to order else where !

Honestly I got my ps5 turns out wasn’t even the bundle I ordered! When I was ringing up to see what was happening I was just getting robbed off constantly and I’ve now just had to accept they won’t do a thing about it! I would just keep ringing them to be honest
