PlayStation 5 Order update

Hi,

I have ordered a PlayStation 5 console on 18/11/23 and received the initial email confirmation but no other updates since then.

I have been trying to contact EE to get in touch with someone who can provide me with a progress update but unfortunately no one has been able to help me as they are unable to track my order number in the system nor can they reach the relevant department. I have only been redirected to an email address “enquire-store@ee.co.uk” and they just state the obvious “it’s processing” with no real information about my order.

This is really frustrating from EE, it’s an expensive item and the least you could do is provide me an update on its whereabouts after 4-5 days of silence. There is no contact number for the EE online shop and it’s been impossible to get an answer from anyone about my order. 

Can I please be directed to someone who will have any information whatsoever on the current status of my order!

last Thursday (15/08/2024) I placed an order for the PS5 with Spiderman 2 and paid a upfront cost of £20 and would then be paying £31 each month towards it which would be added onto my phone bill, I have had no update since replacing the order on where it is upto or what is going on, can someone please help.

@SimonN99   Have you tried phoning customer services? This public forum cannot access your account to see what you have ordered or when it’ll be dispatched.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I also ordered a ps5 on the 28th October got the confirmation email but nothing else after that it has been added to my account. No email or message to say when it will arrive.
