Got my phone on the 6th, just dropping back in to give some info to anyone still waiting:
If you've had contact saying DPD have it and it's out for delivery etc on the EE tracking, you might not get contacted by DPD directly. My device had been delivered to the store I was supposed to pick it up at, at 10am on the morning, but I'd had zero contact from anyone. I didn't even have a DPD tracking number. So I had called EE for an update and the first guy I spoke to went away and came back saying someone else had looked into my order and that it's on backorder due to them being out of stock. It wasn't until I pressured him and said I'd already been told it's out for delivery that he then passed me onto another guy who looked and said "oh..I can see your DPD delivery number right here...not sure why you wasn't given it before..it's already at the store" and he had to give me the tracking number himself. Then I got to the store and they tried to say it wasn't there at all until I showed them the picture on the DPD tracking page showing it at the store, then suddenly they managed to find it.
Overall the experience just seems super last minute and thrown together which is mad for such a large company. I've been getting the emails from this thread every day since and have been astounded that it's carried on for all of you this long.
Super shame as well cause the phone genuinely is amazing. Hang in there guys.
