Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Luckily I'm SIM only and not tied in. Only with EE due to reception where I live. When I get the chance I'll look elsewhere.

Oddly EE are supposed to be the best for reception but I can't get any 5G where I'm living and I'm living in quite a built up and popular area.
I hope we all manage to get out of this nonsense with EE. Very poor customer service.

I'd suggest people write a review on trustpilot but their review is already at a 1.7. Nobody seems to even reply to the reviews from EE. They literally do not care.

Careful what you say... Some folk will think you work for EE, or worship the ground they operate on...

Oh he's back because he has an EE friend. I am so happy you don't mind EE lying to you, but the rest of us have a right to complain.

I officially left the network well atleast I will have in a couple of days, as good as a deal as it is I just on principle can't reward EE with my money when they care so little.
So now thinking of just giving the fold a pass all together, because full price is just crazy expensive, maybe pick one up on eBay when the hype dies in a couple of months, maybe Google do a black Friday deal.
Ngl was a hard decision because the deal was very good but I really don't have time for companies that don't deliver what they promise when they promise, but I'm hopeful you guys will get your phones soon 🙏🏽 Google has stock now so really don't know what the hold up is.
I half believe EE is hoping people cancel so they don't have to honour the price they gave everyone, especially with the trade in deal.

You're literally just a troll- goading people to leave EE and boycott them, to go for other devices... yet yourself still waiting for the device, and remaining with EE 🤔
Anyone who has anything positive to say about EE you jump down their throat and call them akin to fanboys or undercover staff- literally childish behaviour (next i'll be called out for calling names right?)
Facts are facts: you say EE are lying to you, making promises and breaking them:
a) has anyone who has spoken to a representative specifically been told "I promise you it will be there by X?", or been told "I have it on authority that it will 1000% be with you by X?"
b) I implore you to stop and think for just a second; representatives in customer service are spread across many teams, across the UK. Management teams will brief their teams based on what they've been told, clearly co-ordination of this messaging is changing frequently, and also non-consistent- welcome to large corporations trying to be organised (and often failing). But you get this everywhere. Yes customer service as a function should be doing better, but also yes it's the function of a business that often has the lowest morale, lowest pay, and the hardest slog because they are often the meat shield of the business. And yes, if you so happen to speak to someone who really couldn't care less for their job, then you also end up not getting reliable customer service because someone who should be doing better is just being a douche- but that exists EVERYWHERE
I personally have not been lied to once, I placed a pre-order and that was it; the person I dealt with said they expected it to be despatched shortly after 4th Sep when the device goes into general availability. "Expected" not "promised". Nothing customer service says is a promise, because at the end of the day all customer service are doing is taking a request from the customer, and translating that into an action that the business as an entirety has to fulfil- yes there's expectation that what is discussed should just happen, but in reality life doesn't go that way.
You may call it lies, but it's probably more constantly changing information, across people who generally don't know what the exact situation is, and are trying to manage a customer who is likely to blow up in their face anyway (how many of you have worked in customer service, it's truly demoralising because of the people you often have to deal with). Expect better, sure; but it's the same across all providers, and across all industries.
Your constant trolling really bores me, so say what you want and attack me all you wish- but from child to child "uno reverse" 😜
Everyone's experience is different- there are going to be bad and there are going to be good. That's just how it is.

Sorry I couldn't be bothered to read that wall of text. And yes I have been lied to. How many times do we all have to tell you this until you believe it?
I can't leave as I'm stuck in a contract. I've mentioned this numerous times but along with telling you about the lies you refuse to listen or maybe refuse to understand?
I am very happy you haven't been lied to. But I'm sorry the rest of us have. The website even stated delivery from the 4th when they knew full well people ordering at that time would not get theirs on the 4th. They left it this way for a while until they changed it.
But you do you and carry on suckling at the teet of EE.
Check out trustpilot. EE have been crap to many people not just us. They have a score of 1.7. There is a reason for that.

Womp womp, just cancel your order then? Rather than be a child about all of it, very much like other chap has said, just commit. Go elsewhere if you're that unhappy with service. No one is forcing you to stay here/with EE.
The phone is pretty slick, well happy with it.
For some reason, it's gave me so much joy to have it before yourself, (Even with ordering 2/3 weeks later than you) with the incessant whining and moaning you have been doing.
Have fun xox
