Pixel 8 pro pre order

Hi all have the pixel 8 pro on pre order it's due to be released tomorrow but on my tracking it still says awaiting delivery date confirmation. Has anyone elses tracker updated or will it just be delivered tomorrow?

I ordered mine on Friday 6th so not sure whether mine will be classed as one arriving soon or 28 days. I think maybe I need to call again and clarify…although who knows if I’ll get the right info 😂😂

Honestly i was tempted to go down the rabbit hole and attempt to hold out for a potential delivery date by ringing them

I got 5 minutes into the queue and figured...its launch day. It'll be busy for a few weeks and likely wont receive any useful information so im just allowing the void to do its thing and if it spits out a phone, well thats just dandy :P!

Ordered the 256 gig Obsidian mself. No correspondance so far :P!

Just spoke to EE and was informed as the phone had launched today my order had been picked and would be sent today for delivery tomorrow.

I too was told I would receive my Pixel 8 pro on release day, today but I haven't received any notification to advise of this, I have the DPD app but can't see any upcoming deliveries from EE. Is there anyway I can track my order?

I was just about to phone ee and my doorbell rang, surprise surprise my phone arrived. No tracking from ee or dpd which is useless but at least it came when they said

I had nothing on the EE delivery site and no texts/emails from DPD (Or anything in the app) but my phone just arrived! So, keep your fingers and toes crossed!

I too have pre-ordered and heard nothing. The phone should be arriving today but there is no update on the EE site and I don't have a DPD reference number to track it, so downloading the app hasn't helped. 
Can EE confirm that deliveries will be today as promised when I paid the money for delivery?

@Jbruce71 I am in the same position too. I pre ordered last week, but the order tracking on EE website is not working for the order number I was given and no sign of the parcel on DPD app. @James_B  are you able to advise?
