Pixel 8 pro delivery and free watch

I ordered the pixel 8 pro on the 9th Oct. 

I received an email confirmation but nothing else since and I'm still waiting for delivery. If it does not arrive before the 29th, I won't be able to claim the free watch as I won't have the serial number? 

Please advise what I should do if it does not arrive in time? Also is it normal to be waiting over two weeks for delivery?

You have from 27th October 2023 - 29 November 2023 to claim the free gift from Google.

Which model colour and memory size did you order?

I'm in the same position and ordered the 256gb obsidian. Ordered on the 15th. When will it be available?

Welcome to the community.

The current estimate for delivery of that version is to 'expect dispatch within 21 days'. The claim dates are the same as @Leanne_T posted above.

I ordered 256gb Bay, If it does not arrive in time, how can I claim the watch without having received the phone, I wont have a serial number?

You have until 29th November to submit the claim with Google. You can complete the claim after you have received the phone and have the required details @GregGregGreg

Hi. By the looks of it people won't have their pre-order phones by the 29th Nov either to make the claim.

What happens then?  Will EE honour the watch from their side? Or up to customers to cancel or continue contract?
