Hello,
I just bought the mobile 4g wifi with unlimited data (£40 upfront, £50/month). I confirmed everything and my account has been debited the £40 upfront.
After doing so, I got the message 'Sorry, we've performed our checks and unable to continue with your order. But don't panic...'
I never got even a confirmation email that my transaction was successful.
I would like to know if I should cancel my transaction with the bank (if it is still possible), as I never got an answer from EE.

@miketest : As your order has not been accepted, your payment will be refunded within 7 - 14 days. Don't change anything at your bank as it will be refunded to the original method of payment.
