Phone ordered. Tracker says cancelled. Can't call and there is no email address

How do I remedy this situation? I am also in Spain at the moment.

Welcome to the community,

That is right, there is no email address.

If you are in Spain and you ordered a phone, then not sure how you expect the phone to be delivered, as they only get delivered to your home address.

If you have something like Skype, there is a free number you can ring or possibly on your mobile:

+448000798586

There is nothing we can do here in the forum, there is no account access.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Rachel521   You probably had a contact us after you placed the order.  This could be the next day even.   Check your emails,   If you didn’t make contact then will of been cancelled 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
