Order not showing

I placed an order yesterday afternoon at 15:30pm and the order is not showing on my account nor is it viewable by EE when I have called them.

 

This was for the PSVR2 and I have had the upfront cost taken, and received an email saying it’s on its way, but no way to track it.

has my order gone through as I have had no updates in almost 24 hours.

any help would be appreciated!

It's great to hear you have received a confirmation email this means we have your order and it should be being processed. 

I have checked our stock and can see these are available. 

If possible I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can ensure it is on its way.
