I ordered new phone contract but I put in my email incorrectly will they text me to tell me if its been accepted I've paid upfront cost too

Hi @Catseyes2407 It's great news to hear that you've ordered a new phone, I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on it.

Confirmation usually sent by email, but you'll get a text from the couriers to let you know the time and date of your delivery when your order has been passed to them.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that you can get some clarity on your order status, you'd just need to give us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
