UPGRADE confirmation email - but not heard anything since!

I upgrade my sons phone on Monday and got a confirmation of the order, but haven't heard anything since.  When I check the account, it looks as if I haven't upgraded at all.  His current handset is lost so if the messages are going there its not ideal.. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi @HAPPYSAMMYBEE It's great news to hear that you've upgraded your sons phone, it sounds like he needs the phone asap though.

Which phone did you order please?

If the phone is out of stock, we'd not be able to send out the device until we get further stock.
