Hi
I placed an order for a iPhone charger. I had 2 emails. One saying great it’s arrived at 13.35 and one saying it’s in its way at 13.36. This was the day after I ordered my charger. Obviously I have not received my charger. Can you please advise how I find out about my order as tracking states it’s delivered.

I would suggest ringing customer services and speaking to them, as there is no account access here in the forums.
When did you actually ordered the charger? It could stil be in the post, depending how they sent it to you.
