Phone Pre-Order to the store

I've Pre-Ordered phone to the store and paid deposit. I was told the phone is in stock so should be delivered quickly. It's been a while and I'd like to check where the delivery is up to. However when trying to contact store it goes straight away "I'm sorry everyone in the store is busy" not even ring it's automated to do that. How am I supposed to check where pre-order is up to?

@JustNorbs the store should contact you when it’s there for collection.
