My iphone took a few days, check your email, you will be informed when your order has been sent and you can track it so you know who is delivering it and the date.

Normally when you place your order it will give a delivery estimate on our website, but we'll always aim to get this to you as soon as we can. 

Which colour and storage version have you gone for here, and when was it you placed your order?

It was ordered on 24th of October and I ordered the 16 pro max in desert colour and 256gb storage

Looking at the stock information for this specific model, you can expect dispatch within 21 days.

I'd suggest downloading the DPD app if you haven't already, then once stock is assigned to your order, DPD will update you with your delivery details.
