Hi
my partner placed an order 2 days ago took the upfront payment and sent an email saying we will start working in the order right away. Not heard anything since? Tracking number doesn’t work either
what do we do?

Once an order’s been processed, you’ll receive confirmation along with any tracking information.
This normally happens within 24 hours, so as it’s been a couple of days, I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to check the status of the order and provide an update.
