Paid £30 for new contract, no further contact

New to ee. Paid £30 for new contract phone. Had email. Tracking doesn't work. Like many others had said. 

I paid on the 2nd. It's the 7th, and no further email or text. If I'd realised it would take this long to get the phone. I'd have stayed with my other provider. It's a pink Google pixel 9 pro. 

Of anyone can check when delivery would be due

Same for me. Already 3rd day and no updates absolutely nothing. I don't mind to wait, just some updates would be nice to know what's happening. Tracking not working.

Have you both checked your spam/junk folder?

You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD.

Otherwise I would suggest ringing customer service to find out what has happened with your order, as we have no account access and do not know who you are.

Hey. Same issue here. Called yesterday they said systems are down so they are unable to credit check at the minute.. same issue again today.

What number is it you've been calling when querying this, and what was it you've ordered?
I definitely want to get this all double checked for you.

No definitely nothing in my junk/spam folders 

But I will call to try and find out what's happening 

Seems to be a common occurrence. Thinking I made the wrong choice in changing provider

They are scammers. EE literally found a way how to manipulate with extra millions in this way. In fact he end what happened to me. They took my money. Didn't update any information apart I have order number. It took them 5 days. And after 5 days I get message they cancelled my order without any description or follow email and they will gonna keep my money 10 more days before refund. And now we can see forum and google search results are absolutely full of this complains. Imagine if they screw over large amount of people every month. Here you go free money to invest.
