I have got a new phone contract through EE.
However the phone tried to get delivered the other day, we got refused delivery as I do not have a pass code to give to the driver.
Apparently I should of received a text however I am not receiving any text messages

To check if the order has been returned, please give us a call and a guide will let you know if DPD will try delivering again or if the device is being sent back.

Has the order been sent back to us or have DPD scheduled another delivery time?
If DPD will be attempting the delivery again, if you download the DPD app and use the email or mobile number registered with us and the postcode this should show the PIN that you need.

Hiya,
I have tried this through the DPD app however is asking for a mobile number and this is the same case as before. I do not have access to this number to get the code for the delivery.

@Abbie261 If you are unable to access the DPD tracking or the number associated with it you will need to give us a call on 0800 956 6000 from any phone. One of our guides will be able to access the delivery to check the status and update the contact number.
