Ordered over the phone - no confirmation?

HI,

I ordered a SIM only deal over the phone on Tuesday; they said it would arrive yesterday (no sign of it yet) but more worryingly I have just realised I have no confirmation email at all? Not in spam/junk etc

Is this normal?

It maybe worth speaking to EE CS again to ensure everything was processed ok.

No, I am not on EE at all currently. Okay I will try calling them again tomorrow...
