I bought the 16 Promax 256GB on contract on the 11th Dec and £30 was deducted from my account but still haven't got a message in my email about my order.

probably still processing your order maybe, have you tried your junk/spam mail?

have you checked your order on your online account, if not maybe give ee a call 

I already checked my order still not showing and I gave them a called as
well
