Received wrong colour phone, was advised to go back to EE store. To which they completed a new phone contract plan of different phone number and took the wrong colour phone back and apparently completed the process to go back to original plan - for that phone number. However, my account is now saying two phone/contracts have changed! And I have been charged for the wrong colour phone already!! How can this be resolved ASAP.

@Rose41 As this was a store sale you need to go back to that store to get this resolved.

Has the plan and contract dates been changed back for the number you upgraded?
