Was told it would be dispatched within a few days and it is still awaiting confirmation?

Welcome to the community,

There has been bank holidays as well and will depend when DPD receive your package ready for dispatch. You will receive notification the evening before dispatch and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window all from DPD. 

What phone, colour and storage size did you order?

Just remember that DPD were not working over bank holidays either.

The current estimate for that model is to expect dispatch within 14 days. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

@Ellisebroom , as you should know, ChIna has been on lock down and just started lifting it, so there are delays with getting phones to networks, and that could also be the reason for the delay, apart from what I wrote earlier, as orders are done on a first come first serve, if you have concerns, then best to ring customer service, as there is no account access here.
