Ordered headphones, payment taken, nothing received

I ordered some Sony headphones which they order is saying confirmed and the money has been taken. However they haven't been sent and are now showing out of stock.

What are my chances of actually receiving these? I'd be happy to have them swapped for the blue ones (which are in stock) so long as the original price is honoured.

Hi @Devnull11

Welcome to the Community.

I can understand you'll be keen to get your hands on the order.

Did you purchase the headphones outright or was it on Add to Plan where you pay monthly with an upfront cost?

Michael

Bought outright, paid in full.

Thanks @Devnull11

The best option will be to speak to our Electronics team who handle the orders.

Do you have an EE mobile account?

Michael

No I don't have a mobile account sorry.

That's fine @Devnull11.

You should still be able to give our team a call from another phone, just don't enter a number when it asks for the EE number.

You can see how to reach them on our Contact Us page.

Michael

Any chance of someone looking into it here so I'm not sat in the inevitable half hour hold queue?

Hi,

I had the same issue ,when I called the digital sales team, they said the headphones are out of stock and they are waiting for the next shipment and they don't know when it will come.

Thanks

I'm afraid we don't have access to the orders or account details here @Devnull11.

If they are out of stock as @Ambat123 mentioned, you can wait and they will be sent out as soon as there is stock available for you.

If you did want to change the order or speak about the options, it would need a call to our team.

Michael

Sounds like code for "we sold them too cheap and are now looking at not honouring the sale" doesn't it... 🙄
