EE not honouring purchase.

Hi,
Long term customer of EE.
I recently purchased an additional line and good as new 8a. Payment was taken by EE and a direct debit set up for the monthly payment. After a few days I was contacted by EE to say that there was an issue with the order. EE are now saying they won't honour the deal as I can't have a good as new phone with an additional line even though I purchased this through their website. They have taken payment and now are refusing to honour the order.
I'm not really happy with how this has been dealt with at all. My partner who is using the other line has already inputted her pac code so I don't know how this will impact her current phone.
Very poor service from EE so be aware. Inhabe lodged a complaint and believe that as payment was taken and the direct debit set up EE should honour this purchase.

Rest assured, if this is cancelled then the money you have paid towards this will be refunded, and the team will work to resolve your complaint with you, as swiftly as possible.

Hi ee have cancelled the order without speaking to me. Wait times are currently 4 hours. I am not happy at all with my customer service. Can somebody please contact me via email as this is gettingg ridiculous. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and never have the company been so poor in dealing with me
