Ordered a Pixel watch, received confirmation email but it shows £0 added to account and cannot track as it says timed out

Just to be sure, was the Watch you purchased to be paid alongside your contract with a data plan, or have you purchased this outright?

Also don't post this in full, but with your order number does it start with XK, or something else?
