Ordered contract phone paid upfront cost no email confirmation

Ordered phone last night around 7pm not had no confirmation what so ever called EE and alls they have said is to wait 24 hours ?! WTH seriously?! 

the money is pending at the moment 

but been took of my balance ?! 
do I just call my bank and tell them I want them to release the money back in my Acc as I’m not waiting another 24 hours it’s so simple it’s a yes or a no what’s the big delay ? Yous want ppl to put deposits down but then not send them no confirmation as to weather they have been accepted or not ?

Hi I ordered iPhone 16 plus in pink last night 7pm! 
Paid £30 pound upfront 

it’s saying pending but it has come of my balance I have called EE and alls I’m being told is to wait 24 hours I jus wanna know if I’ve been accepted or not  

what is actually going on it’s ridiculous it’s a yes or a no ?! But no yous have ppl waiting for days

Welcome to the community.

I know you'll be keen to make sure that the order has gone through.

If it was placed online, it would then go to our digital sales team to be processed, so I wouldn't worry too much.

The payment would show as pending until it has been processed and if it is successful it would be taken from the bank. If the application is unsuccessful it wouldn't be taken by us and would stay as pending until your bank cancel the pending transaction, which is usually 7-10 days.

Have you checked in your spam/junk folders in case any confirmation emails have dropped into there?
