hi everyone , i ordered s25 ultra on 6th Feb, initial deposit paid and till now no corresponding responds . i went to a near by office was told to wait till the phone arrives , no specific date given.
i called customer care yesterday and i was told my order can't be trace and i was referred to a near by office again , i don't know what to do?

So we can best advise you here, can you please tell us some more info about what exactly happened with your order?
Did you place this via the EE website, or did you visit one of our retail stores?
Also which colour and storage version of the S25 Ultra did you go for?
