Ordered a PlayStation over a week ago and still had no updates

I ordered a PlayStation over a week ago and only had my confirmation email it's showing in stock I'm just starting to worry a little bit about it as had nothing from DPD either

I ordered on the 31st and nothing showing in my add ons only showing 24 month gaming but when I click on it it says free
