So I placed an order / upgrade today with ee I had to pay an up front cost of £30 and it has gone out of my account but it isn’t showing up anywhere nor have I had email of confirmation or rejection can someone help

It is great to hear that you have upgraded. What did you go for?
Has anything come through yet? It can take a little bit of time for the email to come through.
Have you had a look in the junk or spam folder in case it is has dropped in there?
Did you see a confirmation page with an order number when you completed the order?
