I placed an order on the 7-12-23 and I haven’t received anything yet only the email to say it’s placed money taken and an order number. I haven’t received any further updates

If this was the iPhone 14 128GB in Red, this is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days' 

DPD will be in touch with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Hi it’s been 8 days now and still nothing I’m not a happy person. You have taken the money and not sent the phone out

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your phone yet. It will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives  from our supplier.

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is in stock, please get in touch with Customer Care.
