Hi,

i placed the subject order yesterday at around 9am and have not recieved a dispatch notification even though the item is in stock. can you please advise what the general dispatch turnaround time is and provide an update on my order if possible?

They're in stock so should be dispatched within 1 working day. If it's been longer, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can double check it for you.

Do they offer support for these products, the only options available are mobile phone and broadband/landline
