Hi
I do have my order placed on last Monday for tadoº Smart Radiator Thermostat X Quattro Pack. The online status remains as Order Placed and. I further updates. I tried to contact the customer service and being advised it is online order, they can’t do anything for me

Looking at the stock details, it shows orders for tadoº Smart Radiator Thermostat X Quattro Pack have a delivery guidance of "Dispatched in more than 28 days".
Your order is showing as "Order Placed" as it is on back order, and waiting for stock from manufacturer.
Once the item is ready to be dispatched we'll update you with tracking details.

Hi,
I have received an email just now (05Dec) and advising me my order has now been cancelled due to tadoº Smart Radiator Thermostat X Quattro Pack "Out of Stock".
However, I have recevied the tadoº Smart Thermostat on 18Nov, so what does it means for me now? What can i do and use this smart thermostat for without the smart radiator thermostat x ?
I'm not accepting this arrangement!!

Which number should I call? I have tried 0800 956 6000 but your colleagues said since I am ordering online, they can’t help, and I am not EE mobile nor broadband customer
