Ordered fibre - order status page doesn't work - not a very good advert for EE!
Any estimate of when this will be working again?

@gfb8846 have you put in an order for a device, is it an upgrade?
If it is for a device, then you will get notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
If you are having problems ordering upgrades, you can ring customer service and speak to them by choosing option 2, which should get you through to one of the guides.
Not sure why you are having problems otherwise.
If you have ordered and have not received confirmation of your order, then check your spam/junk folder.
If the page is not loading for you, please either try another browser, also clear cache , that should solve the problem.
