Hello, i upgraded my phone the other day and ive recieved no emails only a single text message about a new document agreement but i cant find that on the website and i cant track the phone without the refrence number, can anyone help

As @Chris_B has mentioned above, please check your junk/spam folder to see if your confirmation has sneaked in there.
Do you have the DPD app downloaded at the moment, and can you see any updates there by any chance? You won't need a tracking number to view those details; the DPD app will use your mobile number and address to gather any delivery information.
If you're still no further forward, I'd suggest calling our team directly for an update on your upgrade order.
