Hi I placed an order with EE for a mobile phone ive been given an order number beginning with xko but the email header says please call to discuss what does this mean? Ive paid the £30 upfront and was wondering if anyone else has had this thanks

You need to speak to customer services, otherwise you will not get your order. I would ring them and then press option 2 and you will get through to one of the guides.
Your £30 upfront cost should be pending in your bank account.
