Hello,

I placed a pay monthly contract with a deposit up front, which is still pending in the bank. I have had no emails to state this has failed the credit check nor confirmation emails. I have had to ring up and see what is going on. However I have been told it failed the checks and I won't be getting my order However I have had no refund.  It has been over 7 days now and the payment is still pending in my account? How long is this going to take. Quick enough to take the money but not quick to send back?

Welcome to the community.

If the contract application has not been accepted and the payment is pending, we won't have actually taken the money, so we aren't able to refund it. 

It is set as a pending payment by your bank as you attempted to pay the upfront cost when applying online, and would remain that way in case it was processed by us. 

Most banks will cancel the pending payment around 7 to 10 days after the initial attempt.

It is set as a pending payment by your bank as you attempted to pay the upfront cost when applying online, and would remain that way in case it was processed by us. 

Most banks will cancel the pending payment around 7 to 10 days after the initial attempt.
