Hi,
My sister placed an order around 9PM today. It was a new phone line (Apple Iphone 16 Pro Max 256gb Natural Titanium). It was successful but we weren’t able to get the order number as the page was refreshed. No email and sms was sent.

Hi @pampantaleon It's great news to hear that your sister has taken out a new product with us.
When you place an order online, the order will need to be picked up and processed by one of our processing guides, then when the order is complete, you'll receive an email.
We don't have access to any accounts here in the EE Community, but if you'd like us to check the order, I'd recommend dialling 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Hi Chris,
Ive spoke to Ella over the phone and she refused to re send email confirmation. Ive also asked just to see if we have put in the correct spelling in the email but we didn’t receive any help at all. They said they will be calling us back but until now, no call back from the team.

Thanks for confirming that for us @pampantaleon, I'm disappointed that you're not feeling any further forwards with this.
Did they manage to confirm if the order had definitely been accepted?
Provided this went through and we have a contact mobile number on file, you should still receive all the tracking details from DPD for keeping an eye on the order.
