Order number

When I input my order number (begins with xko) the search returns “oops! Your order number timed out” - why is this? Is my order confirmed?  I’ve already paid the money upfront and set up a direct debit

@poppycaister  Are you trying to track an order ?  If you are you’ll receive a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.  Your order number is just an order number and you can not track nothing that hasn’t been allocated to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
