Hi,

 

I Ordered Sim, its been 3 days but no status

How to check status of order?

As @Schockwave mentioned, we don't have a way to track a sim card delivery, however if you have any concerns, just give us a call, and a guide can look into the order for you.

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent via second class post, so there is no way of checking status of order.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
