Hi I made an order on Saturday - but order still has not been dispatched??

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if EE order tracking is not working.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’m having the same problem, I ordered iPhone 16 in pink. Ordered on Saturday and no update but upfront cost was taken out of my bank 

iPhone 17 Pro Max, orange, 256gb
