I did call them but the number they sent me, before the sim card. is not valid, I will contact BT and find out what is happening

Sorry to hear about your phone. What kind of phone was it?
If it hasn't turned up, I would suggest reporting it as a Lost or stolen mobile phone.

To report the SIM as lost, you would need to call us on 07953 966 150, and select the option for lost and stolen.
Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
