@Aniu248 As the device has literally just come out and you’ve only just placed an order there is also a backlog of orders. EE will not be able to deliver all those orders in one go as EE do not have enough devices for all deliveries. Apple is not just supplying EE with these so unfortunately you’ll have to wait. As soon as a device can be allocated to you you’ll then receive a tracking number this could be weeks.
