Order delivery to store

Hi so I have placed order on saturday for new iphone 17 pro max. On sunday i have text with tracking number saying item is on its way to the store. The tracking number isnt working it constantly gives me error to check the details. Money was taken from the account. It is not pending it has been cleared and accepted by EE. Do I have to wait longer for any update or should i ring them. Its ridiculous lack of communication on their part.

Provided you know the postcode for the store this is being delivered to, you should be able to use this tracking number over at dpd.co.uk

We do usually expect the store to send you a message when this is ready to collect, but if you've heard nothing and can see delivery has been confirmed, I'd recommend giving them a ring on the number listed on our store finder.

Thanks will do that its just so frustrating tha they are happy to take money but then no more communication
