If you are waiting for a delivery, you can use our online order tracker to check the status of your order. You’ll need:
You can find your order number in the confirmation email or text that was sent to you after you completed your order.
If you’re having problems with the order number, check you’re using the email address or phone number that you gave use when you placed the order.
If you still have problems, call us on 150 to confirm your order number is correct.
SIM orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.
For other orders, once we’ve received your items from the manufacturer we do our best to get them to you within 24 hours.
You’ll get a text from our delivery partner DPD the day before your order is scheduled to be delivered.
If you’ve chosen to have your order sent to an EE store the process is the same. You’ll need to bring a valid form of ID with you when you pick it up.
For a DPD home delivery you’ll need one of the following:
Photographic |
Passport |
International ID card |
To collect from an EE store you’ll need to bring:
The card you paid with |
The email confirmation of your order |
A valid form of ID (a full UK/International passport or UK photo driving licence) |
If the order tracker doesn’t show a delivery date
Sometimes we can’t accurately predict the delivery date of your order. This can happen when your order is a new product or is in very high demand.
If there’s no delivery date shown, or it says ‘awaiting confirmation’ it means we can’t tell you for sure when to expect your delivery. We’ll send you an update by email or text message as soon as this changes.
You can use the DPD app to rearrange your delivery in advance if the proposed time isn’t convenient.
If you miss your delivery the DPD driver will leave a card so you can arrange another delivery.
If a family member at your address has a valid form of ID and the same surname as you, they’ll be able to sign for your order.

This model is currently showing 'Usually despatched within 14 days'
Once your order has been dispatched you will get a text/email from DPD with tracking details to arrange delivery.

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 14 pro on 29 Jan. I've received confirmation of successful order from EE including (three letters and 9 digits). I received another email from EE saying the order was on it's way and estimated delivery is 3 Jan (I am picking up in store). I also received a text. I can't track the order using the order tracker, I get an error message.
I've not had any emails from DPD, is this because I'm picking up in store? Should I go to the store on 3 Jan, today, or wait for confirmation?

hi,
ordered a device at 11pm on the 30th Dec so know that it would be the next day for any movement on the order, the device at the time had usually dispatches within 1 day, I was just wondering on which day that would be since the new year had happened, unsure if the 31st would count as 1 day, or should I expect it to be at some point today. the device was Apple watch 2022 40mm midnight alum midband

Hi, me again!
I called EE Thursday (5 Jan) and they said they needed to re-order the phone and it would be with me on Friday. I got a call on Friday from customer service saying they could see it had shipped but wouldn't be with my until Saturday. It's now Monday and I assume the phone is coming today?
What is strange is that I never received any tracking details for this re-order, nor a confirmation of anything I agreed. Is this normal, should I expect the phone today?
My initial order was on 29 December with an initial ETD of 1 business day.
