Ordered on 23rd of July for my mobile upgrade but until now I have not received any update. Pls help!

Hi @RVL0207,
What phone, colour and storage size did you upgrade to?
You can track your order online in most cases.
If for some reason the order tracker doesn't work, you can get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and ask for an update.
DPD will text and email you before 11am on the day of delivery with your time slot.
